Electrical Control System of Jet Loom

Jet loom electric control system is developed by technical staffs of our company through fully adopting currently advanced microelectronics and computer technology on the basis of engaging in developing and producing loom electric control systems for many years, it adopts high-grade 32-bit CPU programmable logic controller as main controller, high-performance embedded ARM microprocessor controls solenoid valves, it is matched with large-screen full Chinese liquid crystal display operation panel, so that the control level of the entire electronic control system has been greatly improved, and it can adapt to speed of 1400 rpm / min to the maximum.
The system can realize electronic take-up, electronic let-off (single warp beam or double warp beam), electronic dobby, 6-color weft selection and FDP weft storage control, can be used for controlling 38 groups of solenoid valves to the maximum, and has the advantages of simple technology, high stability, strong anti-interference ability, low failure rate and easy maintenance.
The electronic control system angle sensor adopts an opto-electrical
shaft encoder, and can accurately provide any location angle of the loom, the master control part adopts the high-grade programmable logic controller of Japan Omron Corporation, and let-off take-up system adopts AC servo motor. The display system adopts the jet loom special-purpose human-computer developed by our company, is provided with Windows CE operating system, uses MCGS industrial configuration software, and is a small industrial control computer. It is provided with two USB interfaces, and can be externally connected with a keyboard, a mouse, a pick-up device, a U disk, a printer, and all USB devices supporting CE operating systems. The system is provided with 40MB storage space which is capable of storing reports of decades of years. Some parameters such as: weft insertion parameters, mechanical parameters, Dobby parameters, color selection parameters, etc. also can be stored in the human-computer in the form of file package, the files also can be imported and exported through U disks directly, and only one human-computer needs setting for the same parameters in parameter downloading. The special-purpose human-computer system is also provided with an Ethernet port, a plurality of human-computers also can be assembled and centralized for control, which greatly facilitates the management of the enterprise, and saves labor costs.
Its functions are divided into four categories:
1. Loom control operation functions:
End breakage, short weft, long weft, manual stopping automatic positioning machine stopping, weft automatic searching of broken pick, manual positive and negative weft finding, inching, turning, machine fast operation, emergency stop, and the like.
2. Solenoid valve control:
High and low voltage control, it can be used for controlling 6 groups of main jets at most, 6 groups of pressurized jets, 6 groups shear jets 18 groups of auxiliary jets, 2 group of extending jets, and 6 groups of yarn baffling needle solenoid valves.
3. Electronic let-off take-up control: It can realize automatic electronic let-off and take-up, can carry out operations such as manual yarn loosening, manual yarn tightening, manual winding, manual unwinding, etc, and can be used for various starting mark compensation procedures;
4 Data display: It can display loom angle, loom rotation speed, production of four teams, end breakage and broken pick
of four teams, other stopping time of four teams, efficiency of four teams, comprehensive statistical data on the above data; weft insertion parameters, weft insertion monitoring, mechanical parameters, let-off and take-up system parameters, loom state and the error messages of loom within one-year.
II Main Components and Features:
2.1 On-board System
encoder is installed on the right side of the loom, and is convenient for detecting any angle demanded for control.
One heat protection contact is respectively arranged in the clutch and the electromotor.
Weft feelers H1 and H2 are respectively used for detecting whether the weft is short or long.
Warp stopping frames, warp stopping plate, left edge reamer, right edge reamer and waste edge frame form the warp stopping detection device.
The warp tension sensor is used for measuring warp tension.
2.1.2 Operation Panel;
Two operation panels are provided as shown in the following diagram:

The enable button is located on the casing side. The emergent stop is located on the side of electric control boxes.
A Machine Fast Operation Push button:
If all start conditions are met (without end breakage
, yarn breaking of weft feeder, tension alarm, servo failure, pressing of emergency stop button, pressing of stop button, motor overheating, clutch overheating), and the start push button and the enabled push button are pressed, the loom firstly returns back to the warp stopping or weft stopping start angle, after warp is compensated, fast operation can be started, the red, yellow and green lights can be bright simultaneously during compensation, and please pay attention to safety operation in the condition.
B Stop Button: If you press it for short time, loom stops, it can be automatically turned to 300 degrees forward, if it is pressed for longer time, no machine slow actions are available after the loom stops. All operations can be locked and interrupted through pressing the button.
C Slow positive button, the loom can be decelerated and rotated on the positive direction through pressing the slow positive button and the enabled button, and the slow positive button can be used for resetting during some failures.
D Slow reverse button: The loom can be decelerated and rotated on the reverse direction through pressing the slow reverse button and the enabled button, the loom can be slow and reversely rotated to the opening location angle for stopping through pressing the slow reverse button, if the return button is pressed again, the loom can be slow and rotate to the leveling locating angle for stopping. The loom immediately stops reverse rotation after loosening the push button. The push button can be used for searching for weft.
E Emergency stop button: The loom can immediately brake and stop under high voltage through pressing the button, and all operation can be locked at the same time. Please press the emergency stop button in repairing to prevent error operation.
2.1.3 Operation Panel
Only one 10.2" inch LCD monitor is arranged on the operation panel, all process parameters can be set and altered through the keyboard, and the work state and reports of the loom can be displayed.
2.1.4 Connecting Cable
On-board cables are divided into three categories, and please see the electric diagrams for the connection methods among the cables, electric control boxes and on-board components.
Electronic let-off cables are connected on U, V, W, PE, and servo encoder plug of servo drivers in the electric control box from the let-off servo motor.
Electronic take-up cables are connected on U, V, W, PE, and servo encoder plug of servo drivers in the electric control box from the take-up servo motor.
H1 and H2 weft feeler cables are directly sent into the electric control box and are inserted on the weft feeler plate.
Monitor power supply, tension sensor, encoder, warp stopping frame, left edge reamer, right edge reamer, left and right push button stations, motor heat contacts, brake and brake heat protection contacts are connected on the MCB-06 Loom motor control unit.
The solenoid valve cables are connected with 1 to 6 groups of main jets, 1 to 6 groups of shear jets, 1 to 6 groups of auxiliary main jets, and 1 to 20 sets of auxiliary jets.
The main motor motive cables are connected on 20X terminals.
Weft feeder control cables are divided into three, the color selection control signal plug is connected on the AIB-06 type weft insertion control unit, the weft feeder yarn breaking signals are connected on the main control board, and the weft feeder power supply is connected on the 20X terminal.
Electronic dobby cable is directly inserted into the DUOBI-03 control panel.
Power input cables are provided by the use units, and we recommend users to use RVV5 * 6 ² cables.
2.2 Electronic Control Box
The PLC, weft feeling plate, MCB-03 Loom motor control unit, AIB-06 solenoid valve control unit, let-off servo driver, take-up servo driver, contactors, terminal block, 24V switching power
, 12V switching power supply are installed on the mounting plate in electric control cabinet. Please see Annex V for the specific arrangement.
Electric box floor is provided with a master control transformer for providing 220V power for contactor control, high voltage 48V for solenoid valve, 24V for solenoid valve and clutch low voltage brake, 110V AC power for braking and stroboscope and providing power supply of let-off servo.
The secondary level of master control transformer enters the power supply board after entering the fuse plate, and then enters all power consumption points. The signals of tension sensors enter the PLC for sampling after entering the isolation amplifier for amplification. PLC sends pulses to the let-off servo drives, the take-up servo drives control the motor to operate according to demand. The PLC signals enter MCB-06 PLC control unit, the relay in the MCB-06 control unit controls the contactor, and the contactor drives the motor. PLC signals enter the AIB-06 control unit, and drive the solenoid valve and yarn blocking needle after power amplification.
The upper right side of the electric box is provided with an industrial frequency power switch and an frequency conversion power switch, and it can be communicated with the electric box power supply through dialing upwards.
2.3 Signal Lights;
The signal light poles upright, there are four colors to indicate the current parking causes of the loom, mainly including:
The yellow and right lights are bright during warp breaking for stopping, and warp head breaking;
The red light is bright during waste edge yarn breaking;
The yellow light is bright during the left and the right reaming and yarn breaking for stopping;
The red and blue lights are bright during the weft stopping;
The corresponding signal lights are bright when corresponding function detection switches are stopped;
The four color lights flash during failures;
The red, the yellow and the green lights are bright simultaneously during fast operation former tension compensation, and please pay attention to safe operation in the condition.
III Main Technical Performances
3.1 Drive Performance
Drive main motor; it is driven by an AC contactor for triangle / star conversion, the motor voltage is 3 phase, 380V, and the capacity is 5KW.
Provide weft feeder power supply; it is directly provided, the voltage of the weft feeder is 3 phase, 380V.
Drive brake; it is driven by high-power MOS tube, low voltage brake is AC 24V, and DC voltage filtered by half-wave rectifier;
Drive electromagnetic valve; it is driven by MOS tube, the voltage is DC 24V, and the instant high voltage is DC 48V.
3.2 Control Function;
Start control; The start button can be used under the condition that all start conditions are met in the starting zone. Special Note: When the red, yellow and green lights are bright simultaneously after the start button is pressed, the loom is already in the ready fast operation state, please pay attention to security operations.
Stop button; the loom can brake immediately when the transom stop button is pressed in fast operation, and can be rotated on forward direction to the leveling position. The stop button also can be used for interrupting any actions of the loom.
Weft searching control; the machine should brake immediately and reversely rotate for one circle after short weft or long weft is detected, the machine should be stopped and located to the opening position for searching out the weft with problems.
Slow control: It can be realized through slow positive button and slow reverse button.
Let-off control; It moves according to the set weft density and tension movement, and is provided with a plurality of starting mark compensation modes;
Color Selection Control: it can control free weaving of 6 colors at most.
3.3 Protection Function
Special-purpose human-computers can be used for respectively displaying the following loom states and failure information: Warp breaking for stopping, left and right reaming yarn breaking for stopping, No. X color short weft stopping, No. X color long weft stopping, manual stopping, full cloth falling stopping, main motor overheating protection, heat relay overheating protection, over-big brake angle, encoder failures, loom normal fast operation, normal state of the loom, warp breaking, loom slow positive rotation, loom slow reverse rotation, loom positive weft searching, loom reverse weft searching, let-off servo failures, over big warp tension, over low warp tension, and the like.
Codes can be used for displaying concrete alarm contents on the servo motor on the servo driver, and please see the servo alarm list of the annex 2 in details for concrete alarm information.
3.4 Adaptability Ability of Power Supply
The power supply system can normally operate under the condition that the three-phase five-wire AC power voltage is 380V ± 15% and 50HZ. Three-phase 5 wire system must guarantee good earthing of electric control boxes. Otherwise error detection of the weft feeler or error signals of the encoders can be generated.
We suggest users use sheath cables above 5 * 6mm ² for access, and zero line and ground wires must be firm.

IV Use and Maintenance
4.1 Installation and Adjustment
Please tighten screws of contactors and the like in the electric cabinets before using the new machine. The screws should be tightened once every half a year, and please check whether each plug in the electric cabinet is loose or not, the let-off servo and take-up servo cables should be connected well, plugs of each cable should be plugged well, and please do not wrongly insert;
Special-purpose human-computers are computers provided with touch, thereby please do not knock, data can be input through manually pressing with fingers on the key or using touch pens, and please do not touch with sharp devices.
The encoder belongs to precision optoelectronic devices, and should not be knocked on the axial and radial directions; otherwise external force damages can be caused. The angle of the encoder during installation should be adjusted to be the same as the indication on the dial plate, the screws should be tightened, the concentricity should be noticed, and the rotation should be flexible.
The servo motor rear end is provided with a precision optoelectronic device, knock should be avoided on the axial direction and the radial direction, and otherwise external force damages can be caused.
Please carefully read the electric instruction book before powering on, and please check whether all connection wires are correct or not.
The industrial frequency power supply and frequency conversion power supply are connected on corresponding switch .N, PE wire connect on zero line terminal and ground wires terminal, pleas pay attention to avoid wrong connection.
Users must firstly check the whether the rotation direction of the main motor is correct or not during slow operation, if the direction is not right, a group of phase wires of the frequency conversion power supply should be exchanged, and the motor should change the rotation direction, please confirm whether actions such as inching, rotation, weft searching, reverse weft finding are normal or not, and the machine can be started after all actions are correct.
After fast operation is started, please confirm whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct or not, a group of phase wires of the industrial frequency power supply should be exchanged if the rotation direction is reverse.
Please pay attention to the fixation of the electric wires in installation of the weft detection head, the wires should not be too tight or should not have bending phenomena, otherwise the cables can be broken or the detector can be damaged, and these are not in the guarantee range. Please see annex IV for the adjustment of Weft Feeler Plate.
Please see annex III for observing input and output signals.
4.2 Operation and Use
When the power supply switch is started, the PLC and servo can enter the operation state after about 2 seconds, after the power supply is closed, the machine can be powered on again after about 5 seconds and after the servo displays full extinguishment, otherwise the servo can be damaged easily.
Please pay attention to cleaning the electric cabinet once a month to keep the inside of the electric control box clean, thereby preventing spark and fire disaster, otherwise our company is not responsible for subsequent damages, the air inlet should be regularly cleaned, otherwise the air inlet may be plugged, the heat dissipation fan is in the negative pressure work and can be easily damaged.
The black small socket on the left higher side of the electric box is a 110V stroboscopic instrument special-purpose power supply, and other uses should be prevented.
Non-professional electricians should not repair or test under the condition that the electric cabinet is not powered off.
Please carefully read the instruction book and the electric drawing before repair, and please check in our company if you have any doubt.
4.3 Spare Parts and Warranty
Products of our company can enjoy overall warranty for one year, six months for the weft detecting heads, wearing parts (such as buttons, fuses, light bulbs, etc.), man-made damages, and other abnormal damages caused by operation and repair not according to specifications do not belong to the warranty range, failure products must be provided in exchange, and the failure phenomena should be explained.
We suggest users to buy some commonly-used parts by themselves in the guarantee period for daily repair, and we suggest users to prepare the following parts with 12 looms as examples:

Annex I: Operation Use Manual of Special-purpose Human-computer
I Special-purpose Human-computer Introduction
The operation system is a touch type human-computer interface without external buttons, and you can operate the screen directly. A small keyboard can be shown through pressing on corresponding data during data input, the data are input and the small keyboard is closed through pressing the ENT key after data input.
A 24V power supply input terminal, two serial communication ports and two USB ports are respectively arranged under the display.
II: Human-computer Operation
Users can enter Windows CE operating system (this operation must be developed by professional officers, our company is not responsible for any system problems caused by other staffs due to arbitrary entering and changing) through pressing the touch screen after powering on.
The main parameter setting menu t can be shown after other operations are not carried out and after powering on.
Users can respectively enter the shift menu, report menu, repair menu, data storage menu, system management menu and operation main menu through pressing the menu shift key on the left side from top to bottom;
Users can respectively enter the weft insertion parameter setting menu, the warp direction detection parameter setting, Dobby color selection setting menu, the weft insertion monitoring menu, the weft feeler parameter setting and brake angle setting parameters through pressing the function block on the loom figure from left to right;
Users can respectively enter the weft feeder setting menu, take-up parameter setting menu and let-off setting menu through pressing the function block below the loom figure from left to right.
The CHI and ENG key on the left upper corner can be used for switching Chinese and English interfaces.
1. Operation Main Menu
The human-computer can calculate the doffing predication according to woven length in real time through inputting warp length and shrinkage in this menu.
The human-computer will calculate the cloth falling predication in real time according to the roll length through inputting preset length in the menu.
The counter clearing menu can be shown through pressing the reset key of the counter.
(The operation can be implemented after doffing)
The roll length clearing menu can be shown after pressing the cloth length clearing key.
The length metering units of the cloth length such as meter and mile can be converted through pressing the length metering unit button.
When the belt disk is replaced and the rotation speed is adjusted, the rotation speed should be changed, which is convenient for the let-off system to adapt to the rotation speed change of the let-off system.
The real time state of the loom is displayed on the main menu, the touch state strip can enter the fast operation menu under the fast operation state, and the touch state strip can enter the real time alarm menu under the stop state.
1-1 Fast operation Menu
The loom enters the fast operation state from stopping, or the state strip can be pressed under the main menu to enter the fast operation menu (when the loom is in the fast operation state), and the menu displays the loom rotation speed and the fast operation time.
1-2. Alarm Menu
The loom enters the alarm stop state from fast operation, or the state strip can be pressed under the main menu to enter the stop menu (when the loom is in the stop state), the menu displays the stop time and stop causes. The alarm record key on the right side of the menu can be pressed to enter the alarm record menu.
1-3 Alarm Record Menu:
Users can check history alarm record under this menu, including the alarm generation time and alarm content. The record number is not limited, and we suggest users implement alarm record cleaning operation after two hundred records for rapid system processing.
The alarm record cleaning can be pressed to clean data in the record table.
2. Shift Menu:
Users can enter the shift menu for shift setting, 1,Auto class setting firstly, total team order in the whole day should be input firstly, the team order time setting menu should be popped up according to the following table head （Auto class set）.
Week input box: The starting week of the team should be input; hour input box: the starting time of the team should be input, minute input box: the starting minute of the team should be input. The system only needs the team order condition of Monday, and can automatically generate the team order time of the whole week, thereby realizing automatic shift, and complicated demands of one team cross one day, two teams cross one day, and three teams cross one day can be realized, and precise statistics of team report, daily report and hour report spanning one day can be realized.
Manul class set, Users can change shift according to need.

3. Report Inquiry:
3-1 Team Report:
Users enter the menu displaying real time report of current team, users can press the upper team key, the system will automatically renovate to the report of former team, the system automatically renovate to the report of later team after pressing the next team key, and the inquiry menu can be popped up after pressing the inquiry key.
Users should select the team order, input month and day, and press the confirm key, the system can automatically check the demanded team report (report of one year can be checked at most). Users can press the cancel key to cancel the operation. Note: Once the team order is altered, the team report has not significance before shift.
3-2 Hour Report Table(Auto class):
Users can enter the menu displaying current N hour report, and can press the former hour key, the system automatically renovates to the current N +1 hour report table, and so on; users can press the later hour key, the system automatically renovates to the current N-1-hour report table, and so on. 24 hour record before the current time can be checked at most.
3-3 Daily Report Table(Auto class)
Users enter the menu displaying the real time report table of current day, and can press former day key, the system automatically renovate to the report of former day, users can press the later day key, the system can renovate to the report table of later day, users can press the Inquiry key, and the system shows the inquiry menu.
Users can input month and day and press the yes key, the system can automatically check the demanded daily report (daily report of one year can be checked at most). Users can press the no key to cancel the operation.
4. Repair Menu
按下call service sw.开关可触发信号灯走马灯点亮，通知机修；
当配置了凸轮自动平综装置时会出现manul leveling开关、leveling resume开关、正常位置指示；
当配置了自动黄油润滑系统时会出现lanual lubricate sw,开关，当自动润滑配置开关打开时，快车时间累计到润滑间歇时间设定值时，油泵工作到油压建立后，在泵润滑工作时间设定值，若泵了润滑故障报警时间设定值后，油压依然没有建立，则报警。

Press test sw. switch, the warp breaking, end breakage and the like can not be checked, and the tension can not be traced at the same time;
When cam automatic flat comprehensive device is arranged, manul leveling switch, leveling resume switch and normal location indications can be generated;
When automatic grease lubrication system is arranged, lanual lubricate sw, switch can be generated, when automatic lubrication arrangement switch is opened, and when the fast operation time is accumulated to the lubrication intermission time set value, after the oil pump works to the oil pressure establishment, value is set on the pump lubrication work time, if the pump lubrication failure alarm time sets value, the alarm can be sent if the oil pressure is still not established.
Press the manual ELO-ETU button to enter the following menu:
Manual warp velocity为手动送经时的送经速度，出厂值为2；
按住relax warp键将按手动送经速度松纱；按住tinght warp键将按手动送经速度紧纱；
Manual warp velocity refers to the Let-off speed during manual Let-off, and the ex-factory value is 2;
Press the relax warp key to loosen the yarn according to the manual yarn sending speed, press the tinght warp to tighten the yarn according to the manual let-off speed;
Press the wind key to wind according to the manual winding speed, press the unwaind key to loosen the roll according to the manual winding speed, press the jogwind key to tighten according to the manual roll counting amount, press the jogunwind key to loosen the roll according to the manual roll counting amount, the roll sending interlocking switch is opened, the let-off and take-out can act simultaneously.
Press tension renew, the warp shaft will automatically restore the tension to the set value.
5. Data Storage
5-1 Pattern Board Data Storage
Users can choose old patterns in the screen or U disks for downloading and weaving or can store pattern boards in the PLC with new file name into the screen or the U disk.

5-1 Weft insertion Data Storage
The operation method is shown as in the pattern board.
6. System Setting
Press the user enter key to pop up the user enter menu.
Users can input corresponding code according to respective authority. Three stages of users are set in ex-factory, 1. Common user: they can check without cipher and can not alter data; 2. Preservation Worker A: they need password and can access and modify the parameters; 3 Leaders: They are the highest privileged users and can perform all operation.
Press log out button to exit the current user.
Press the change password button to pop up password change menu.
Only the password of current authority or the low authority users can be changed.
Press User Collocation key to pop up the user manager.
Only users with the highest authority can carry out user management operation.
Press the change the size of input keyboard key to change the keyboard menu.
Input the size of the keyboard (200-600), press confirm key to change the size of input keyboard and user log-in keyboard.
7. Weft Insertion Parameter Setting Menu
7-1 Nozzle Angle Setting:
Each parameter can be respectively altered, and all nozzle angle parameters of nozzle angle color 1 to color 6 also can be mutually copied, thereby avoiding work of repeat input.
7-2 Slow Weft Insertion Setting:
The parameters of each electromagnetic value in slow weft insertion can be respectively altered.
7-3 Nozzle Test:
Each electromagnetic valve can be respectively tested.
7-4 Weft Insertion Mode:
Normal weft insertion mode, slow weft insertion mode and weft insertion mode can be respectively selected. When weft insertion mode is selected, the weft insertion button can be pressed, and one weft yarn can be inserted.
8. Warp Direction Detection Parameters:
warp sensiti, v, , ity为经纱断头的滤波时间，用来消除停经片振动造成的误停车，出厂值为2；

The drum stop switch is used for controlling whether the machine is stopped or not after the weft feeder has no yarn nor not, and the green light is bright when the check function is closed;
The warp sensitivity is the filter time of warp yarn breaking, and is used for eliminating error machine stop caused by vibration of warp stopping plate, and the ex-factory value is 2;
The selvage sensitivity refers to the frequency of yarn breaking during machine stopping, which is checked by the edge reamer, and is used for eliminating the error machine stopping caused by vibration of edge reaming sensor, and the ex-factory value is 5.
8 Pattern Board Setting:
When electronic dobby is not configured, users can enter the following menu:
8-1 Weft selection setting:
例如：line1、color1、num,2，line 2、color 2、num,10，line 3、color 0、num,0；即主喷1连续织造2纬后，转为主喷2连续织造10纬，然后循环。
The end of the weft selection process is shown when the color and num are 0, the weft insertion number is the continuous pattern weft insertion frequency.
For example: line1, color1, num, 2, line 2, color 2, num, 10, line 3, color 0, num, 0; namely, after the main nozzle 1 is used for continuously weaving for 2 wefts, it is turned for main nozzle 2 for continuously weaving for 10 wefts, and then the action is circled.
When the weft changing dense weaving switch is opened, the weft density code input row appears, and the weft density code 1 to 8 can be input.
When a row needs ins or del, users can input the row number in the row number input frame on the left right corner, an appointed row can be deleted or inserted through pressing the del or ins key.
8-2 Color Selection Weft Match
按weft up、weft down键可进行选色对纬操作，按color reset按钮3秒钟后，可自动将纬排复位，选色将从第一段做起。
Color selection weft matching operation can be carried out through pressing weft up and weft down keys, the weft rows can be automatically reset through pressing the color reset button for 3 seconds, and color can be selected from the first section.
When electronic dobby is arranged, users can enter the following menu:
8-3 Dobby Color Selection Setting:
Max.line refers to the length of Dobby pattern board, frames num. refers to actual installation number of frames.
Corresponding dobby and weft selection can be pointed on the screen, black refers to selection, and white refers to selection failures.
The start row number of the set page can be directly set, upper row, lower row, upper page and lower page also can be used for changing the starting row number of the set page.
When the same repeated pattern board needs setting for many times, users can press the pattern board sticking key, and input the repeated starting row number, the repeated ending row number, the repeating frequency and the sticking starting row number, and the sticking key can be pressed to stick the appointed rows after the appointed rows.
The pattern board data can be completed cleared through pressing the pattern board clearing key.
8-4 Dobby Check:
The starting row number of the checked page can be directly set, and the upper row, the lower row, the upper page and the lower page also can be used for changing the starting row number of the set page.
8-5 Dobby Weft Match:
The implemented dobby starting row number can be directly set, and up and down also can be used for changing the start row number.
8-6 Dobby Test:
Alluptest, alldowntest, plaintest, bypiecetest and customizetest can be pressed to respectively test the dobby.
9. Weft Insertion Monitor
9-1. Weft Insertion Angle Monitor
打开weft monitor开关，可监测不同的色号在设定的平均纬数内的max.、min.、avera weft arrival angel，H1、H2的max.、min、weftfeeler。
The max., min and weftfeeler of max., min, avera weft arrival angel, H1 and H2 of different color numbers in the set even weft numbers can be monitored through opening the weft monitor switch.
9-2 Weft Insertion Monitoring Diagram
The percentage effect drawing of the weft yarn to different angle zones can be monitored.
9-3 Weft Insertion Curve Diagram
The maximum, the minimum and the average arrival curves can be used for checking whether the setting of the weft insertion parameters is correct or not.
10 Weft Direction Setting:
First weft test 开关关闭后，第一纬不检测长纬；
H1Unusual Stop 开关为H1探测异常停车开关；
H1，H2 detecting begin 和detecting end指定短纬、长纬的检测区的范围，出厂值为200~300；
H1 and H2 switches are weft feeler H1 and H2 detection switches, and the yellow light is bright when the detection function is closed.
The first weft does not detect the long weft after the first weft test switch is closed;
H1Unusual Stop switch is stopping switch when H1 survey unusual; ；
H1, H2 detecting begin, and detecting end are used for designating the detection region range of the short weft and the long weft, and the ex-factory value is 200 to 300;

When the short weft is not stopped, the sensitivity of H1 should be increased, when the short weft is suspended, the sensitivity of H1 should be reduced; when the long weft is not stopped, the H2 sensitivity should be reduced, and when the long weft is suspended, the H2 sensitivity should be increased. 11. Motor Parameter:
11-1 Starting and Stopping Angle:
warp start angel为经停、手停后，快车前先回转到该角度，再启动快车，出厂值为300；

warp stop tangel为检测出经向断头或手动停车后，刹车的开始角度，出厂值为300；

rundelay refers to the keeping time demanded for pressing the fast operation button, the button function can accelerate the machine, and prevent error pressing, and the ex-factory value is 2;
rapidoenabletime refers to the switching time of the triangle / star starting, is used for adjusting the time of forcible starting, and improves the weft hitting force of the first weft, and the ex-factory value is 5;
warp start angel refers that the machine should return to the angle before fast operation after warp stopping or manual stopping, fast operation is started again, and the ex-factory value is 300;

location ahead refers to the brake inertia before Slow reverse rotation machine stopping, and the ex-factory value is 20;
11-2 Action Mode
weft stop shedding用来控制纬停后是否停车在开口位置，打开时，纬停在开口位置，关闭时停在综平位置；

When call piece switch is on, only the light is bright, and the machine is not stopped after full length of cloth.

13. Take-up Parameter Setting:

Elu compensation mode=0时，快车前无补偿；
Elu compensation mode=1时，卷取按停车时间分级，在快车前卷取系统卷或退一定的布面长度。
Elu compensation mode=2时，卷取在快车的前十纬按设定的卷取修正量卷取。出厂值为0；

When Elu compensation mode = 1, the take-up system is graded according to the stopping time, and the take-up system can wind or remove certain cloth length before fast operation;
When Elu compensation mode = 2, the take-up system winds according to the take-up correction amount set on the former ten wefts of fast operation, and the ex-factory value is 0.
When Elu compensation mode = 3, the take-up system is graded for compensation according to the stopping time before fast operation, and the cloth is taken up according to the take-up correction amount set on the first ten wefts of fast operation.
Fell move is used for determining whether the fast operation implements the cloth fell parallel moving functions or not to eliminate the starting marks.
13-2 Take-up Time Compensation
Warp stop comp. time为经停后每隔多少时间，卷取系统按相应的补偿时间段设定的补偿量进行补偿；

14-1 Let-off Basic Parameters:
Real tension和coil pipe dia.。coil pipe dia.为在织造后1000纬后，系统自动计算出的；要求张力为需要的快车平均张力；
Tension lower limit range为送经系统当检测到实际张力低于该范围时报警并停车，出厂值为50。
Tension upper limit range为送经系统当检测到实际张力高于该范围时报警并停车，出厂值为150。
Beam diameter为上机时经轴纱管的直径，上轴时一定要修改设定该值，这样经纱张力可以快速跟踪适应，当设定完新值后，按update shaft；
Real tension and the coil pipe dia.. coil pipe dia. is automatically calculated by the system after weaving later 1000 wefts, and the tension is demanded to be needed fast operation average tension.
Tensin zero refers to the tension measurement value after the position of the compensation bar is confirmed and after empty load or warp yarn is completely loosened during fast operation;
Tension lower limit range refers that alarm is sent and the machine stops when the Let-off system detects the practical tension lower than the range, and the ex-factory value is 50.
Tension upper limit range refers that alarm is sent and the machine stops when the Let-off system detects the practical tension bigger than the range, and the ex-factory value is 150.
Beam diameter refers to the diameter of warp shaft yarn pipe on-board, the value must be changed and set during upper shaft, the warp tension can trace and adapt rapidly, after the new value is set, users can press update shaft;
Elo compensation mode=0时，快车前无补偿；Elo compensation mode =1时，快车前送经补偿，送经补偿为按停车时间分级，在快车前送经系统收或放一定的经纱长度。出厂值为0；

14-2 Let-off Time Compensation
Warp stop comp. time为经停后每隔多少时间，送经系统按相应的补偿时间段设定的补偿量进行补偿；
Weft stop comp. time为纬停后每隔多少时间，送经系统按相应的补偿时间段设定的补偿量进行补偿；
Rebound interval time为送经机构先按左列设定的数据补偿，再按右列设定的数据补偿；
Rebound grade speed可设定为0-2级，0级速度大约需1秒种补偿才能完成，1级速度大约需0.5秒种补偿才能完成，1级速度大约需0.3秒种补偿才能完成。

Annex IV: Adjustment of Weft Feeler Plate
1. Adjustment of weft feeling H1 (short weft detection)
A: It can be adjusted through using the "-" shaped screwdriver and rotating the VR21 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer on the weft feeler plate;
B: The sensitivity (the machine is not stopped due to deficient weft) can be reduced, and the VR21 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be rotated clockwise to reduce the weft feeling sensitivity;
C: The sensitivity (empty parking) is intensified, and the VR21 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be rotated anticlockwise to enhance the weft detecting sensitivity.
D: After the weft head is wiped with anhydrous alcohol during stopping, the VR21 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be adjusted until the V5 light is bright, the potentiometer is reversely rotated after the V7 signal light flashes until the V7 signal light is not bright;
When the starting loom operates without broken pick, the green indicating light V5 sensitivity light is bright, and V7 light regularly flashes, and V7 signal lights are bright during short weft.
2 Weft feeling H2 (long weft detection) adjustment
A: It can be adjusted through using the "-" shaped screwdriver and rotating the VR31 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer on the weft feeler plate;
B: The sensitivity (empty stopping) can be reduced, and the VR31 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be rotated clockwise to reduce the weft feeling sensitivity;
C: The sensitivity (the machine is not stopped due to long weft) is intensified, and the VR31 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be rotated anticlockwise to enhance the weft detecting sensitivity.
D: After the weft detection head is wiped with anhydrous alcohol during stopping, the VR31 (H1) sensitivity potentiometer can be adjusted until the V11 sensation light is bright, the potentiometer is reversely rotated after the V13 signal light flashes until the V13 signal light is not bright;
When the starting loom operates without long weft, the green indicating light V11 sensitivity light is bright, and V13 is not bright, and V13 signal light is bright during long weft.
1: The potentiometer on the weft feeler board only can turn for 270 degrees, limiting devices are arranged on the left and the right, and can not be forcibly rotated continuously, otherwise the potentiometer can be damaged;
2: Once the sensitivity on the weft feeler board is adjusted well, it should not be adjusted again, when short weft or long weft none stopping or empty stopping is generated, the probe should be wiped, and the H1, H2 sensitivity in the mechanical parameter in the display can be adjusted;
3: The sensitivity of H1 should be increased during non-stopping of short weft, the sensitivity of H1 should be reduced during empty stopping of short weft, the H2 sensitivity should be reduced during non-stopping of long weft, the H2 sensitivity should be increased during empty stopping of long weft. The H1, H2 detection number under the weft insertion monitoring menu can be checked, and the H1 sensitivity should be less than the H1 minimum detection number during normal fast operation, H2 sensitivity should be bigger than the H2 maximum detection number during normal fast operation.
4: The weft detection sensitivity adjustment should be take weft leakage avoidance as standards, and occasional stopping is available.
